Hi, I’m Myhra Jones.
I’ve always been energetically sensitive.
After experiencing an abusive childhood I began to disconnect from myself and numb to avoid feeling the intensity of all the emotional an non verbal information I was picking up.
I learned it was safest to make myself small and acceptable.

Despite overachieving/ overworking I struggled with addiction and a splitting from my true self. I stopped seeing what was special about me and tried to be like everyone else. I gave others the power to make be feel accepted or ostracized.
And now I’ve done the challenging work of integrating the parts of my- my identity as a black mixed raced person, I have survived narcissistic abuse and manage the symptoms of complex ptsd. I’ve freed myself from addiction and people pleasing to find love and joy they my connection to the spirit world and a loving accepting relationship with my partner of 20 years.

I am connected to the unseen energetic web of live and I choose to consciously develop it. I am clarsenhtient and consciously experience the feeling and flow of energy. I use this skill to read tarot and practice reiki.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
