04.

05.
I am grateful to be able to give a percentage of all my earnings to organizations that are empowering, uplifting and creating change in the world.
Contribution
My beliefs around giving used to be cloaked in guilt - I felt like I was never giving enough.
What I could afford to donate seemed too insignificant to make any real impact or to meet the need of the crisis. So instead of enjoying being able to share, I was left feeling inadequate.
Our current political environment has shown me the value of small contributions from lots of donors. Now we have politicians choosing to retain their integrity through community support rather than compromising for corporate dollars.
Now I share a percentage of everything I earn. I understand that giving is an energy. It’s a form of love that allows us to share our attention with people doing the work that is valuable to us.
